Our Returns & Exchange Policy

At TRIA The Label, we work with limited fabric stock, so we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective. However, we handle each case personally and with care. If eligible, returns will be exchanged for store credits.

Received a defective item?
We’re here to help! If you believe your item is defective, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. You can contact us via email or send us a message on Instagram.

How to get started:
Please provide your order number, details of the defect, and any relevant photos. This will help us process your request faster.

What to expect:
Our team will review your request and might ask for more details or photos if needed. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer the following options:

  • Replacement: If available, we’ll ship a new item to you at no extra cost.
  • Store Credit Refund: If a replacement isn’t available or preferred, we’ll issue store credit.
  • Repair: In some cases, we can offer to repair the item if possible and agreed upon.

Conditions:

  • Defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Any signs of misuse or intentional damage may void the guarantee.
  • This policy only applies to items purchased directly from TRIA The Label.
